RULE 1: POST INCORPORATION FILLINGS
1. ╰┈➤ FOR POST-INCORPORATION FILINGS such as annual returns, retrieval, change of directors/shareholders, Re-allotment of shares, etc. You’ve to post the work on the “POST CAC VERIFICATION“ WhatsApp Group using the prescribed format and wait for verification from the Admin to give you a go-ahead and then Make your N1,000 payment to the designated account. Then, initiate login, go to the designated email address to get OTP to access the portal before proceeding with that work on the agent portal. Failing on this, if you are caught. We’ll immediately remove you from the system.
RULE 2: RE-REGISTRATIONS FILLINGS
2. ╰┈➤ For every PRE-REGISTRATIONS such as business name, company, Ngo, upgrade of business name to Ltd). You are to post just the exact names that you want to reserve on the “AGENT PORTAL | FRANKLIN“ WhatsApp group using the prescribed format. Pay your N1,000 to the designated account. Then, initiate login, go to the designated email address to get OTP to access the portal. Just in case you are still logged in. Before you go ahead to reserve any name on the portal ensure you pay your N1,000 to the designated account before you proceed with the reservation. Failure to adhere to this simple rules may results to deleting your reserved name from the portal and denial to the portal for life.
RULE 3: ON FORGING CERTIFICATES
3. ╰┈➤ Under no circumstances should you engage in forging or manipulating any additional documents required for the registration process on the portal. These may include, but are not limited to, the Proficiency Certificate, TRCN Certificate, Affidavit, Trustee Declaration form, Newspaper publication, Audited Report, etc.
RULE 4: HOW TO SUBMIT JOBS
1. ╰┈➤ For every pre-registration you want to process using the agent portal, please follow this format:
Title: NEW NAME RESERVATION
Business Name: [Enter the exact name you want to register, e.g., AYEMAT’S COUTURE]
Your Full Name: [Enter your full name, e.g., ADEYEMI JAMIU OLAIFE]
After posting the name, kindly make your 1K payment to the designated account that is on the group description. Then, proceed to the portal and start your registration without waiting for any confirmation from the admins.
NOTE: Make sure you’ve searched for the name on the CAC public portal and you’re confident of its availability before dropping name on the WhatsApp group.
2. ╰┈➤ For every Post-filing you want to process using the agent portal, please follow this format:

NOTE: After posting, wait for the admin to verify and give you the go-ahead before doing anything on the portal. Do not proceed on your own. Once your job is verified, the admin will send you a private message, ask you to make your 1K payment to the designated account that is on the group description, and then give you further instructions, if necessary. Then you proceed to the portal to commence the filings.

COACH FRANKLIN CONSULTS BOARD RESOLUTION ON THE USE OF AGENT PORTAL AND RELATED MATTERS HELD ON 1ST JANUARY, 2023 VIA A TELEGRAME CONFERENCE CALL
At the Board Meeting of Coach Franklin Consults held on Sunday, 1st January 2023, at 9:12 PM, the following resolutions were unanimously adopted after deliberation on matters relating to the Agent Portal and the conduct of members within the Agent Portal Community.

BACKGROUND:
The meeting was convened to address increasing concerns regarding unauthorized use of the Agent Portal, the sharing of confidential materials, impersonation, and related activities that pose a risk to the integrity of the community and its operations.
AFTER DISCUSSIONS, THE BOARD RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
STRICT PROHIBITION OF SCREENSHOTS:
No member is permitted to take or share screenshots of the Agent Portal dashboard, especially screenshots displaying registration figures exceeding 2,600. Any such screenshots are to be immediately reported.CROPPING APPROVAL NOTES:
All approval notes must be shared only after cropping out any identifiable sections of the Agent Portal. Members who are unfamiliar with cropping should be taught how to do so.CLIENT CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION:
After successful name reservation, clients should be directed to confirm the reservation themselves via the CAC public search portal.ACCESS TO COMMUNITY:
Any individual using the Agent Portal through another agent must disclose their identity and interest in joining the Coach Franklin CAC community. However, such individuals shall not be granted access to the Agent Portal and will be treated as prime suspects in the event of any form of sabotage or breach.PORTAL LOGIN DETAILS ROTATION:
The Agent Portal login credentials shall be changed twice every month to enhance security.LOGIN VERIFICATION:
All attendees of this meeting are to send a direct message to Coach Franklin to receive the updated login details. This will help in verifying active users of the Portal.CONDUCT WITHIN THE COMMUNITY:
Use of abusive language, mocking, or silly jokes is strictly prohibited within the Agent Portal WhatsApp group.
Members are encouraged to use voice notes to communicate their ideas in a respectful and calm manner.
QUERY RESOLUTION POLICY:
Members must refrain from resolving other agents’ queries. In cases where this happens mistakenly, the error must be immediately reported to the Portal Admins. Failure to report will be seen as deliberate misconduct.PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION:
Any member caught sharing screenshots of the dashboard after this resolution will face immediate removal from the community.
Legal action may be instituted as advised by the board.
Access to academy videos and training materials may be withdrawn.
IDENTITY MANAGEMENT:
All members must use their official names on WhatsApp to help distinguish real members from potential infiltrators or spies.KNOWLEDGE & BRAND DEVELOPMENT:
Members are encouraged to:Build their personal brands.
Take professional development courses.
Improve themselves continually.
Adopt better financial habits such as saving consistently.
RESTORATION OF WEEKLY CONCLAVE MEETINGS:
The weekly Conclave Meeting is to be reinstated. Additionally, more frequent board meetings will be scheduled to maintain accountability and drive growth.
