I seemed to be having issues on searching for clients registration on post Incorporation work, like I want to file annual returns but after putting reg number, it's not coming up with nothing for BUSINESS NAME but it is for a Company.

I filed for annual return and after making payment I had a bit of network issue and the page refresh,then it shows already processed but when I go back to the dashboard to check status it keeps saying payment not found.what do I do here please?
