How long does name requiring consent stays without proceeding to registration before it expires

Please is CAC now issuing correct documents for upgrade to LTD?

I'm not sure where this extra 25k is coming from? Should I do another name consent with the name? Coach Franklin - Virtual Assistant

One of the company I registered is due for filling annual returns for year 2025. The client says the company has no operations yet. Is it okay to fill (Nil) as turnover and net asset, or what is the best advice to give the client

This was what I got for a business upgrade am currently on after payment of 5k and it was approved. Trying to proceed but couldn't.

I don't understand please

I also noticed one is showing not submitted and another one is showing approved so when I tried to continue registration this is what I got for the approved one.

Good morning, all. I upgraded from business name to limited. My question is: will that business name be automatically be inactive or suspended on CAC portal? Is there any other action I MUST take to suspend the old business name?

If I'm registering a business name, does the person need to process a different TIN?

Or the ID number on the certificate will automatically become the person's TIN as stated here?

I am registering one ltd currently. CAC is not allowing under 18 as shareholder when the company already have more than two adult shareholders..

Is that a problem or new development?
