And correction of shareholder name for company registration?

Lest I forget...

On filing annual returns for the year 2025 for a business name, the status changed from ACTIVE to INACTIVE.

1. I don't understand why that happened. Please clarify on how to change the status
2. Also I've filed for 4 previous years before now, yet on the portal, it still displays those previous years I've filed for, which wasn't like that before the upgrade. Am I missing anything?

Please, for the past few days now, while carrying out company registration, I've not been able to adopt the default ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION properly with the error message being that "Failed to save Article" or "...not working at the moment".

Is it a general issue?
