This question is specific to my situation. I currently run a VTU business which I registered as a Business Name some months ago. In addition to this, I also offer other services such as graphic design, digital marketing, web design, and other digital services.

I am considering registering a Limited Liability Company (LLC) to cover all these activities, including the VTU brand, so that I can operate them under a single company and bank account.

Please, is this a wise approach, and is it in line with CAC regulations?

I am currently registering a company and encountered an issue with share allotment. The company has a total share capital of ₦1,000,000. One shareholder was allotted 1%, which is ₦10,000.

However, when adding this shareholder on the CAC portal, I entered ₦10,000 but could not proceed to the next page. The system requested the full company share capital.

I am concerned because I cannot recall where to input the director’s own share allotment of ₦990,000.

Kindly advise on the correct way to handle this. ?

Please I have a question, a business registered in April 2024,and I learnt the business is to file for annual return within Jan- June otherwise it will be defaulted even if the 18months window hasn't elapse.

so is the annual return going to be file in 2025 or 2026?

Also the authorization letter requested after paying on post incorporation platform,is it the client that will provide the letter and can I get a sample?
