Good afternoon, please does registering a business as LTD mean the business owner has to have 1m in his or her account before they can register as LTD? Or it's the total amount of his/her goods ?

So currently we can't do change of name for business name & company name. Would the Memart I just paid for still be usable when it's going through?

Good morning I have a challenge. This is on strange. I reserved a company name this morning ROYALVENTURES LIMITED. It was approved,I went ahead with the registration and made all necessary payment. What I now notices is that the company is not under registration like the way new jobs are supposed to move and again Intead of the name under name reservation to be showing approved like other company its showing used as if its a business name.
