Hey everyone, I just joined this community โค๏ธ

Also, still on post-CAC filings for ITs.

a. A trustee is late. What documents are required to update such information?

b. The IT has been registered since 2002; the status report is empty or blank. How do I update the records?

c. Since there are no records (Status report) on the portal currently, can the records be updated with new trustees without notification of the late trustee member?

Thank you for your prompt response.

Good Morning, everyone,
The Chairman of an NGO reached out to change his signature. This is a post-cac filing for IT.

In the listed requirement on the portal:
a. Supporting document
b. Evidence of Change of Information
c. Affidavit
d. Means of Identification

My questions:

a. What supporting document does CAC require for a signature change? Is it a resolution letter?

b. What Evidence can be submitted for a signature change?
c. The Affidavit, is it the same as in the change of particulars of subscribers or directors in an LLC?
d. Also, how can one charge for this?

Thank you for the prompt response.

Please I have one issue in the transfer of share. Anytime I click on ORDINARY SHARE, it will bring out SHARE TYPE MISMATCH, so it doesn't allow me to go further. It is confusing me.

Sometimes I sit down and look at how far Iโ€™ve come in this consulting journey, and it still amazes me.

I didnโ€™t wake up one day and become a CAC registration agent, a consultant, or a trainer. It started small. It started with curiosity. It started with a simple desire to help people register their businesses the right way.

Along the way, challenges came.
Clients came.
Mistakes happened.
Wins followed.
And little by little, the work became a calling.

From learning CAC registration in 2019, to doing it as a side hustle, to finally resigning from my 50k job in 2021 and going full time, the journey has been nothing but lessons upon lessons.

This is the 11th month of the year already.
Christmas is next month.
We will shut down physical operations soon and resume in the second week of January.

And then 2026 will begin with full speed.

If thereโ€™s one thing entrepreneurship has taught me, it is this.
You can plan all you want on paper, but real clarity comes during execution.
That is when you see what works, what doesnโ€™t work, and what needs to change.
That is when you adjust your strategies, systems, and processes.

My journey has not been perfect, but it has been worth it.
And in 2025 alone, so many things stretched me, refined me, taught me and pushed me to grow in ways I didnโ€™t expect.

This Friday, I will be holding a 60 minutes strategic session with a few people in my community.
I want to share 10 practical things you can do differently in 2026 to move your CAC business forward.
No theory.
Just the exact things that helped me build my consulting business to where it is today.

If you want to join this session, follow me on our in-built community here: https://coachfranklincac.com/portal/u/coachfranklin

By Thursday, I will send the link privately to everyone who follows me there.

2026 is not the year to play small.
Itโ€™s the year to grow, adjust, and rise.
