I registered a business name, and even got approval, certficate and TIN. Only to do public search and discover there is no record for the business. How do I rectify this please?

After payment for the registration of limited liability company and it was acknowledged successful, I could not find the registration in the pending, not submitted and approved folder.

Also, checking the name reservation I could not find it.

Please, what is the way out.

After weeks of mailing them to approve, they still sent me the same status report with the wrong principal business address
