While registering a Business Name, The NIN slip was queried and I got a premium card for the client only to submit and its still pending. and the one I registered afterwards got certificate immediately. What should I do please.

The TIN didn't come with the certificate though. Is it that it's not all Business Registration name that comes with TIN.
