Sometimes our emails land in your Spam or Promotions folder. Please whitelist our email using the easy steps below so you never miss a thing.
Open the Gmail app on your phone. Tap the ☰ three-line menu at the top left corner.
Scroll down and tap Promotions. If our email isn’t there, tap Spam. 🙂
Search for “Coach Franklin”. Open the email then tap the ⋮ 3-dot menu at top right.
From the dropdown, tap “Move to”.
Tap “Primary” from the list. Email moves to your inbox instantly!
All future emails from Coach Franklin e-School will now land directly in your Primary inbox. You’ll never miss a deal, tip, or update again!
Open our email from Inbox, Promotions or Spam. Click the ⋮ 3-dot menu on the right.
From the dropdown, click “Filter messages like this”.
Our email will appear in the From field. Click “Create Filter”.
Check “Categorize as: Primary” and “Also apply to matching conversations” then click “Create filter”.
Every future email from Coach Franklin e-School will automatically land in your Primary inbox on desktop.
Open the email and click the “Not Spam” button on the top toolbar. That’s it!
To whitelist permanently — create a filter:
Tap the Gear ⚙ icon → select Settings.
Choose Filters on the left → click Add.
Filter name: Whitelist. From field: contactus@coachfranklincac.com
Set folder to Inbox → click Save. Done! ✓
💡 Using Outlook or another app? Just look for “Spam” or “Junk”, open our email, and select “Not Spam” or “Move to Inbox”.
