Coach Franklin Consults –  Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing  Coach Franklin Consults for your educational needs. We strive to provide high-quality learning and services to our students. 

This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be provided.

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Full Refund Eligibility: We offer the student a full refund of the training fee, without any deductions, where it is established that Coach Franklin Consults failed in any of its enrollment duties to the student after payment. That is, we did not enroll the student into the learning platforms, thereby failing to perform its enrollment duties, within a reasonable time  [exceeding 72 hours] after payments.

1.2 Partial Refund Eligibility: We offer a partial refund of the academy fee less a flat fee of 5000 Naira, if the student has made a part payment, and has not been enrolled into the learning platforms [Coachfranklincac.com] and demands a refund for whatever reason.

1.3 Partial Refund Eligibility: We offer a partial refund of the academy fee less a flat fee of 10000 Naira if the student has made a full payment, and has not been enrolled into the learning platforms [Coachfranklincac.com] and demands a refund for whatever reason.

1.4 No Refund Eligibility: No refund will be provided if the student has been enrolled into the learning platform and, whether or not the student has accessed any part of the course content.

1.5 Agent Portal Access: We reserve the right to deny applications or requests made by students to access the Coach Franklin Consults Agent Portal Platform if their verification does not pull through. Refunds are not provided in such situations.

2. Refund Request Process

2.1 Contact Us: To request a refund, the student must contact our customer support team at [contact@coachfranklincac.com].

2.2 Provide Details: The student must provide details including, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation.

2.3 Evaluation: Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the request does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1.

Our refunds are processed at the end of 5 working days from receipt of the student request.

3. Payment Disputes

3.1 Payment Disputes: Initiating a payment dispute without contacting Coach Franklin Consults first may result in the student being banned from future enrollments and access to course materials.

4. Changes to Refund Policy

4.1 Policy Modification: Coach Franklin Consults reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately and communicated to students.
