Good day house, please I need help. During the final payment stage, I was unexpectedly prompted to pay an additional ₦25,000 for the “Request To Hide Proprietor’s Address” service. I do not require this optional service and wish to proceed with the standard registration fee of ₦10,000. Unfortunately, I am unable to edit or remove this request from my application myself, and the portal does not provide an option to opt out. I actually used a personal account and not the agent accredited portal.
Start afresh from the very first page of registration
On the second page, click edit proprietor and unclick the hide residential address
There’s no option for me to edit the action.
