Please help a client.

Please, i need some assistance. I recently reserved a name for an NGO, but I discovered errors in the Trustees' details after the reservation was approved. Note that the registration process hasn't started yet, only the name reservation has been done.

The issues are:

1. Only 3 Trustees were listed instead of 4.
2. One Trustee's name was duplicated.

Can anyone please advise on the best course of action to correct these mistakes?

Should I proceed with a Change of Name or Name Substitution, or is there another option? Thanks
