Good morning, professionals.

How are we all doing?

Please I applied for a consent for an NGO, but it was denied.
How can I adjust it without paying another 5k.

I have a school registration to do, but none of the directors have a TRCN certificate. Please, what are the options available?

Good afternoon sir, please I need your help ?

A registration I was doing got queried and one of the queries was to increase shares capital.

I had to buy your course on increase of shares capital before certificate is out.

I followed the process and paid. I actually wanted chatted the number on the course for fast tracking but the person said he no longer does that and that I should send an email to spu for update.

This is getting to 3 months now and it hasn't been updated. I call their helpdesk everyday and they keep telling me they will work on it,it's a technical issue.

Please coach, anyway you can help me to get this update effected, I will be most grateful ? The client is threatening me with police for something that is not my fault.

Thank you sir.

In Company registration, can the Witness be any of these?

- Shareholder
- Director

Thanks

Good day here please I have been handling a church registration with 2name denied, this time I ask my client to provide 3different names so as to push the 3 at once.

Is that ok ?

If yes which email can I use since I don't know the one that will eventually be approved.

Many thanks in anticipation.

Hi, quick question here: for NGO registration, is the Newspaper to be uploaded 28 days after its publication or the same day of its publication?

Thanks
