A client reach out and explained that he gave his assistance the duty of registering his company so the assistant used his name for the company registration and his own address also used his wife as witness and also the owner of the company as witness

Now the owner of the company just find out and want to change the company name and the address is it possible to do anything in a case like this

A registration I was doing got queried and one of the queries was to increase shares capital. I had to buy your course on increase of shares capital before certificate is out.

I followed the process and paid. I actually wanted chatted the number on the course for fast tracking but the person said he no longer does that and that I should send an email to spu for update.

This is getting to 3 months now and it hasn't been updated. I call their helpdesk everyday and they keep telling me they will work on it,it's a technical issue.

Please coach, anyway you can help me to get this update effected, I will be most grateful ? The client is threatening me with police for something that is not my fault.
