Please concerning the resolution. I did exactly what you asked me by changing the date to march with the one in the body of the letter. But they still queried it.

I made payment on 21st of May and submitted on 22nd. When backdated is 23rd of April.

I don't know why it was queried again

Kindly, I reserved a company's name and got approved in March 25th, I made use of an AGENT PORTAL.

After filling in the details of my client, I was shocked to notice that my personal details entered the list of directors, and it was tagged as a public user so it was uneditable, and I used an AGENT PORTAL o, my personal details was added as the second director of the client's company.

So I could not go further to register it.

  1. I decided to leave it till it expires May 24th, I waited till May 26th and I tried to reserve it again, it got denied on the grounds that the proposed name is already in existence. I have sent mails upon mails, I've made calls to the customer service, none has been responded to.

Pls how else can I fix this?
