I want to register a Holding Company with CAC as a Private Company Limited by Shares.
The objectives include investment,management services, financing subsidiaries, and strategic control.
Please what is the recommended share capital (in millions) suitable for this nature of business, and is it correct to register it as Limited liability company like I said (XYZ Holdings Limited)

Please after getting to http://icrp.cac.gov.ng what should I do next? Should I click sign up or login? Or I should go straight to Accredited Agent and click on register on the cac portal and type in the username and password for the NEW AGENT PORTAL?
Good morning. I have three concerns and would be glad if attended to:
A company registered 14 years ago has not been filing annual returns since its creation, and the cost of filing annual returns for that period is costly. The client suggests if:
- The company can be closed down even if one of the directors is late (dead) or without the approval or availability of other director. Also how do I carry out the process of closing down the company if possible.
- How much would it cost to close it down- with or without other directors
- In a situation whereby it can't be closed down without proper documentation, can it be abandoned and the client registers another company afresh while still retaining his details?

But, it's not found on the public search, as the client wanted to link it to his Moniepoint account.
Though I told him to give it some time;

Pls I filed annual returns for a business name from 2017 to 2022 - within August, - all acknowledgment letters downloaded.
Then after the upgrade, in October, I completed the year 2023 & 2024.
The problem is: only 2023 & 2024 show completed at the dashboard.
Now the client is on my neck to know why!

Good evening family, please for a business name that had been dormant or that had been deregister, how should one go about filling figure of turnover and net assets when the business name had no business activities to show. Is it possible to fill in 0 turnover and 0 net asset on the cac portal while filing for the annual returns?
