Hello house, I'm glad to join the community,
Pls I filed annual returns for a business name from 2017 to 2022 - within August, - all acknowledgment letters downloaded.
Then after the upgrade, in October, I completed the year 2023 & 2024.
The problem is: only 2023 & 2024 show completed at the dashboard.
Now the client is on my neck to know why!
Pls assist ?

After the upgrade portal, all business Name annual return records has Been that way.
When you want to pay 2025, merge the other annual return acknowledgement letters and upload in supporting documents
