What is the process of registering a business as a subsidiary under another company?

Please I want to ask, is it possible to register another business as a subsidiary under a business name?

Good morning, please during the upgrade of business name to company, can I change the address, if I don’t want to use business name address anymore

I filed IT Registration, I was queried to qualify name in line with aim. Am stuck there for two weeks now cos the substitution button isn't working (whenever I try to substitute, payment page pops out but when I click to pay I will get the msg "oops already processed) but then the application won't submit.

I don't really know what to do about it..CAC don't reply mails nor take calls..I honestly need help on this
