I filed IT Registration, I was queried to qualify name in line with aim. Am stuck there for two weeks now cos the substitution button isn't working (whenever I try to substitute, payment page pops out but when I click to pay I will get the msg "oops already processed) but then the application won't submit.
I don't really know what to do about it..CAC don't reply mails nor take calls..I honestly need help on this

Has the reservation been approved?
If a reservation has not been approved and you were asked to qualify the name, you are to do a fresh reservation
Substitution is only for a job that has been approved

Pls how can I come out of this
I have been battling with name substitution of an IT for so long and after payment for substitution, the application will not be submitted. Please what is the way out for this issue.
Though I didn't try it in the recent time.
