What are the requirements for upgrading a business name to a company

Please how can this issue be resolved, a payment that have been made for company registration to CAC and FIRS , the FIRS twice and is saying no record of payment. Sent email no response, all payment was successful.

I have been trying to make payment for name reservation. This is what it keeps saying...pls is it a general thing?

Also if a name requiring consent is denied, what do I do? Should I use another name or what?

Please why is almost all the names requiring consent being denied except for those with consent code?This is the second name reservation I am doing for a church and club.

After pending for over 2 weeks, it was denied and I don't know why.
