Please how do I resolve this query?
I clicked on Modify application and did not realize what I did that it submitted application again and it moved to pending.

Please, I want to do the Annual returns for a business name, but both the name and the registered number are not showing in the search tab of the "Business name processes" under the Post-Incorporation tab.
Interestingly, it is showing in the public search as inactive. The Client wants to do an upgrade, so he needs to do the outstanding annual return first.
Please, how do I proceed from here?

Please I want to know why all the applications in names that require consent are always denied or queried.
It is only those with consent code that are approved. This is the second time a name requiring consent is being denied. Please what am I doing wrong ?
