Please, I want to do the Annual returns for a business name, but both the name and the registered number are not showing in the search tab of the "Business name processes" under the Post-Incorporation tab.

Interestingly, it is showing in the public search as inactive. The Client wants to do an upgrade, so he needs to do the outstanding annual return first.

Please, how do I proceed from here?
