Please I applied for change of name under "names requiring consent" for a foundation. It was queried. The reason for query was "Governing body----board of trustee"

Please how do I resolve this query?

I clicked on Modify application and did not realize what I did that it submitted application again and it moved to pending.

Please what do I do?
