A company has a struck-off status on post incorporation. If all the annual returns are filed to date, will the company's status become active? is there anything special to be done to make a company in struck off status to become active again apart from filing annual returns? I attached a screenshot of the company page on post-incorporation portal.
The first step is not to file annual returns at all. CAC won't even allow you. First, the company should get a lawyer to start the process of removing the struck-off badge.
Note: Not all lawyers are into CAC Registration, and not all can handle this kind of job, either.
They should look for a lawyer who's CAC inclined.
