I reserved this name Months ago, and was approved for reservations....
Now, I can no longer find it on the Portal, I searched I didn't see it.
So I thought to reserve it again which I did but was queried
The reason for query is: UPLOAD PREVIOUS APPROVAL
Which I can't locate.
It's incorporated trustees.
Kindly advise
You cannot find it because the reservation is expired.
If you took a screenshot of it before when it was approved, upload the image in supporting documents
If you did not, simply write to them that you don’t have a screenshot. Write the letter and convert to pdf then upload in supporting Documents
