Please, is there a way to insist on a particular name?

A client of mine changed his name- Newspaper publication and all. He wants to update his IT to his changed name. So we began the name change process. A request for the RG CONSENT was made. CAC queried, showing the existence of his exact names, though not in the same order, already registered as an enterprise.

I informed the client so we can update the name, and he is asking, "Is there a way to buy my name? Especially as the one registered is a business name, and mine is an Incorporated Trustee?
