My experience has been great with this new family. There was a time I had filing issue in respect to Minimum shared. I got help from from different people right away and I was able to forge ahead. Truly, since I joined, it has been a worthwhile experience
Yes I want you to add a course on taxation or the taxes a business name owner or a limited liability company owner is supposed to pay.
Why registering businesses for our clients we're often ask that questions as it helps in improving the particular structure the client will adopt based on the New Tax laws
Onyebuchi Michael , this is a valid one. I am currently discussing with a tax consultant who will be in charge of getting us a well detailed course on this. Still dicussing with the person.

Good morning sir, I'm glad to be here. Please I just upgraded a business name to company and has been approved but when I printed the Mermart, the shareholders signature spaces were only the principal signature was all in the 3 spaces and the other shareholders signature werw not there. And I dully uploaded all their respectives individual signatures in their space on the CAC portal.
Please what should I do to correct it sir.

Thank you so much for this community. I love it. I have been having troubles with jobs that were not recorded, like change of trustee and removal of PSC, I will be glad if you could look into it. Especially the creation of documents needed to facilitate the job
