Pls I need assistance on how to rectify this problem
I made payment for stamp duty but was unable to click on I made payment option as shown because of network and now its not reflecting that I have paid pls what should I do
GOOD EVENING EVERYONE, I FOUND A WAY TO GET RRR NO MATTER THE BANK YOU USE, FOR THOSE THAT DON'T USE OPAY .

Step 1. Click "i need my reciept"
Step 2. Click "i don't remember my rrr"
Step 3. Choose the way u made payment , most reliable method is "i paid through a portal.
Step 4. Copy your reference from your bank reciept, select the date you made the payment. Put in how much you paid .
In billers name, type in corporate Affairs Commission then for payer's name, type in d username of the portal you are using that is the presenter's details.
Click proceed
On the next page, put in your email and phone number..
They will send you an acknowledgement email. After a few hours or a day, they will email you a pdf containing your rrr.
I have tried this twice and it worked for me both for stamp duty and normal payment.
