Kindly, I reserved a company's name and got approved in March 25th, I made use of an AGENT PORTAL.
After filling in the details of my client, I was shocked to notice that my personal details entered the list of directors, and it was tagged as a public user so it was uneditable, and I used an AGENT PORTAL o, my personal details was added as the second director of the client's company.
So I could not go further to register it.
- I decided to leave it till it expires May 24th, I waited till May 26th and I tried to reserve it again, it got denied on the grounds that the proposed name is already in existence. I have sent mails upon mails, I've made calls to the customer service, none has been responded to.
Pls how else can I fix this?
The name was denied because the registration process has already started.
You can use the option of tweaking the name or changing it and start afresh

BLESSING AGGREH you can try that if it has worked for you but I just offered the best possible solution. If you insist on maintaining the name, you can proceed to pay the final fees, wait for the job to be approved and then file for a removal of director after its ready
