Good afternoon sir, please I need your help ?

A registration I was doing got queried and one of the queries was to increase shares capital.

I had to buy your course on increase of shares capital before certificate is out.

I followed the process and paid. I actually wanted chatted the number on the course for fast tracking but the person said he no longer does that and that I should send an email to spu for update.

This is getting to 3 months now and it hasn't been updated. I call their helpdesk everyday and they keep telling me they will work on it,it's a technical issue.

Please coach, anyway you can help me to get this update effected, I will be most grateful ? The client is threatening me with police for something that is not my fault.
