Good day all. I have a client that needs to remove a shareholder/PSC. Do I first do cessation of PSC before reallotment via surrender?

Coach Franklin - Virtual Assistant Chibuzor I am having difficulty in deleting the 'not submitted' filing and if I click to continue, after having entered all necessary info, I cant click save and continue. So I'm stuck. What do I do?
I made attempt at reallotment via surrender method but due to remita downtime, I couldn't pay and upon trying to delete the not submitted job, the button ain't clicking and when I go to 'continue', I can't proceed to click 'save and continue'
