Good day Coach. I got query from the aspect of my psc. I have 5 shareholders. 2 Adults while 3 minors. The minors held 100k shares respectively while the Adults is 500k nd 200k making is total of 1m. But I tried adding the minors as psc and I got flag that they're not up to 18yrs . Please how do I balance this.
Any minor psc that has more than 5% of shares should be represented by an adult
