I filed for change of Proprietors on a Business Name, removing a proprietor who used his personal CAC account to register another person's business.
During the process, I selected the reason for removal which was REMOVAL and added the actual PROPRIETOR of the business
On arrival of the approval today, the same PROPRIETOR name filed for removal was still included although stating that it was removed (is the name, details of the person still suppose to appear?) and the actual PROPRIETOR of the business was stated twice on the status report.
Is there something I did wrong?
The details of the previous proprietor will be included thou, he is no longer the proprietor of the business
He is no longer a proprietor as stated in d status report and you cannot removehis name from the status reprt
Is there any implication or consequence of the actual PROPRIETOR appearing twice on the status report also?

I only added it once. But where I think the problem came from is that one cannot proceed to the next stage without adding a proprietor, which is already a proprietor
