Good day, please a business name was listed inactive on the portal but has filed all annual returns till 2024. It shows she needs to file from 2020 on the post incorporation portal.
What could be happening and what's the way forward please?👏

Send a mail to Copyhelpdesk@cac.gov.ng and activation@cac.gov.ng with the acknowledgement letter asking that they update the payment on the portal
