Good day. Pls I actually want to add a new shareholder to a company. The company has one million shares, they are not increasing it they want to reallot shares. I know this is by Transfer method . My question is will the shareholders automatically be a PSC or we need to add them? If we need to add them how do we go about it. Thanks ? in advance.
