I am trying to register a business name which I reserved as Sole Proprietorship.
After uploading all the necessary documents during registration, it says I must upload the documents for all proprietors. I have given it some time and tried again still no change.
This is a sole proprietor business. I don't understand what is going on. Any help would be appreciated.

You have to click on add documents before you click the save and continue button
Thank you for the prompt response. It's resolved now.
However, the application was queried. The query says no match for proprietor's name on the ID card.
The proprietor's name that I registered is exactly the same as the name on the ID card.
What do I do?
