Good evening, all. Is it possible for the wife of a deceased husband to add herself as one of the proprietors in an all ready registered business name? Is it still possible since the real owner of the business is dead? If it is possible, what are the requirements needed?

She should present a death certificate to CAC and also file for a change of proprietor
Thanks for the response. I use Coach Franklin accredited portal for CAC registration. Annual returns of the previous years must be paid before filing for change of proprietor.
