Please I followed the laid down procedure but I don’t know why the application was rejected for substitution.

Are u trying to do substitution for an already registered company?

AGUNLOYE HABEEB ADEMOLA you are not supposed to perform a name substitution for an upgrade sir.
You are supposed to do a fresh reservation for upgrade and make sure you indicate that its an upgrade to limited.
Apply for reservation code and follow the prompts. At the part where you will be requested supporting documents, upload the business name certificate there
And CAC will not even allow name substitution on an already registered entity from beginning self.
That’s why I’m surprised when I saw Rejection based on substitution
