Good morning, I have a client who has already registered an event company, so she is also into making cocktails, is it best to register a new business for just the cocktail brand or just edit or add to the NOB of her Events business the cocktail brand?

This why I want to know if a different registration is better that might require NAFDAC or I just help her edit her Nature of business through post incorporation portal and carry on with trademarking the cocktail brand?
Trademark is different from cac.
With Trademark, you can do just a word.
If the business name has Cocktail in its nature, its good to go

When you say with trademark it can just be a word, that means a brand name can be trademarked without the entire business name trademarked, right?
E.g Parfait Store is the Business name and DatePartait is one of the brands.
