Please, a client want to share 50% of her company shares to new individual. She's the sole shareholder and the company share is 1M
But I noticed that the balance of shares left is 1
How do I go about it please?

That’s why you are having an issue with transferring
I think you should use 0.5 as the number of shares you are giving to the new shareholder because that is half of 1

Ahmeedat Olabake Alawode, there is nothing you can do. You will have to send a mail to CAC for them to reclassify the share from 1 to 1,000,000
That's the only solution.
