Please, I need advice on the direction to go.
A company I registered this week.
They want to adjust the share unit value and also reallocate the shares.
Unit of shares from 1 naira / share to 50k / share
also to reallocate the shares amongst the shareholders.
How does this work please?

I have not seen an option of editing the unit per share and nominal value via post incorporation
Reallotment of shares can be via transfer, transmission or surrender.
