I currently reserved 2 different churches and I got queried on both. How do I resolve them please?

For the first one, write a letter explaining the meaning of the said word, covert to pdf and upload in supporting documents

For the second, at the place for governing body, write 1. Chairman 2. Secretary 3 All trustees

Thanks for the response. But what do you mean by convert to ?

Also, I guess I'm going to use the method coach taught us on how to resolve query on NGO?

Lastly, Coach instruct us to leve the uploaded side in the reservation stage so where do I upload the letter? And am I also going to upload the letter during registration?
