I got a query on the IT Registration I did to qualify the name in line with objectives. I tried to substitute earlier but once I click substitution button it redirect me to payment page but if I click to pay the msg "oops application already processed" pops up but it won't submit, now the payment page is there again but this time around it's allowing me to pay..
Should I go ahead to pay? Am I supposed to pay again for substitution? Note that I got this query after Registration not reservation. Thanks
You can try to pay for substitution if the payment is opening
But note that it is 50:50 because substitution has not been going through
