I'm asking again...
Upon correcting the arrangement of a sole proprietor's name from say ABC to BAC, the change reflected only on the first section of the status report, not on the ROLE TYPE section of the status report.
The Client has taken the documents to the bank but was rejected.
How do I resolve this?
Kindly rephrase what you mean by first section

I mean the ROLE TYPE 1 and ROLE TYPE 2.
The change was only effected in ROLE TYPE 1, not ROLE TYPE 2

Because the details appeared twice and it’s only supposed to appear once
You have to delete the wrong one out
I didn't add the proprietor twice. That was how I was given the status report by the client and I processed it for a change of Proprietor's name.
Nonetheless, how much does it require to delete the other details (ROLE TYPE 2)?
