I'm directing this post to the admins. Up till now, I've not been attended to.

I just purchased the Coach Franklin canva pro and I am unable to access the link. I can't gain access to the WhatsApp group for updates and maybe get the login information there. And again, the passwords used during the recording of the training video has been changed. So, I can't access the canva pro since yesterday.
