please i have a question, i have a name i registered before the upgrade, after the upgrade i wanted to start the registration but the name was not available on the Portal anymore. (NAME RESERVATION STAGE) but if i want to re-reserve the name again, i always have this error message that A SIMILAR NAME ALREADY EXIST ( It does'nt pass the compliance check) Please any solution to this ?
Trace the one you did before and delete the Av code
The issue here is that i don't have the AV code anymore and the job can not be found on the portal
