Please I have been trying to reach CAC both through mail and calls but to no avail. I made a payment for upgrade since on the 29th of September and till now it's still showing payment not found.
I have even called remitta and they sent me the receipt of payment. Please what do I do concerning this situation. How can I reach out to them asides from phone call I??
The issue of payment not found has been peculiar to alot of persons and there has not been any proven solution
