Thanks so much.bIs it advisable to change the existing Company name from XYZ GROUP INTERNATIONAL LIMITED to XYZ HOLDING COMPANY instead of registering afresh XYZ HOLDING COMPANY to avoid duplication.

Since the existing Group is active. Maybe after the name change, we alter the objective and hold shares in the Subsidiaries. Currently other subsidiaries are holding shares in the group
