I need your help please

No you cannot

Annual returns must be up to date first

AYODEJI DOOSE

For every post-incorporation filing, you must have annual returns up to date. So, you can't increase share capital without filing for annual returns first.

Request for status report. It comes at a cost. Therein, you will find the details of the PSC or Shareholders. PSCs are often shareholders because they are the "persons with significant control"

Hope this helps.

Thank you
